Troubleshooting
Error 4014
MetaTrader is blocking the request because the domain is not in the allowed URL list. It is a terminal block, not a rejection from the license server.
- Open Tools, Options, Expert Advisors.
- Tick allow WebRequest for listed URLs.
- Type api.fxcellpro.com into the list, with no https:// and no trailing slash.
- Remove the EA from the chart and attach it again.
